,Feder to Todt: Limited , of Engineers, 1933–1934,ers was replaced by a National Socialist League of German Technology (NSBDT). Feder also failed to establish a government Chamber of Technology to further his technocratic ambitions, as both Nazi Party rivalries and his plans for a socio-economic transformation of Germany limited his influence. Feder’s v?lkisch technocracy was in the decline.

Nevertheless, committed Nazi engineers continued to praise the advantages of modern technology for German society, including through rural mechanization, and to dream of obtaining a leading role in a victorious Nazi Germany.
