Aus welchen Quellen sch?pft er sie?.Klassischerweise werden als die vorrechtlichen Grundlagen des Rechts das Naturrecht und die Menschenrechte namhaft gemacht. Welche Tragweite kommt ihnen zu, wie lassen sie sich begründen, und in welcher Gestalt k?nnen sie unter den Bedingungen der Moderne plausibel gemacht werden?.Welche Rolle nehmen in diesem Zusammenhang Kirche und Christentum ein? Wahrheit – Recht – Gewissenr Prinzipien des Naturgesetzes (.) besteht. Insofern es sich überdies als Ort ursprünglich ethischer Erfahrung ausweisen l??t, kommt ihm bei der Vermittlung naturrechtlichen Position eine zentrale Bedeutung zu.
