Toxicological Aspects of Natural Food Additives, leading to misinterpretation and confusion. This chapter summarises the toxicological aspects of some suitable NFAs from the different groups, such as antioxidants, colourants, antimicrobials, and sweeteners. In addition, we discuss some possible future scenarios for these NFAs.
