Emerging Graphene FETs for Next-Generation Integrated Circuit Designhigh end novel GFET-based inverter and adder circuits are implemented using HSPICE. To investigate the GFET performance efficiency, a comparative analysis has also been made with respect to conventional SiFET devices.
