The book, which addresses the needs of academics and professionals alike, also discusses relevant European regulations on particulate emissions and highlights selected methods aimed at the reduction of particulate emissions from automobiles..

The Process of Formation of Particulate Matter in Combustion Engines, fuel injection are most important. Their nature and characteristics are different for different engines, their operational conditions and fuels burned. Formation mechanisms of the individual components of emissions are also different.
