Many application examples from high-temperature technique, nuclear reactors of new generations, aerospace industry, chemical and general engineering, sensor facility, power engineering, electronics, catalysis and medical preparations are also contained. ,Nanomaterials Behavior?under?Irradiation Impact,ructures behavior under irradiation by high energy ions/neutrons as well as the possibilities and potentialities of some microscopic approaches and MD modeling results are considered and generalized.
