Electrodeposition of Nanostructured Silicon Coatings onto Different Materials from Halide and HalideAdherent nanostructured silicon coatings were electrodeposited onto different materials, and their morphology was investigated depending on the electrodeposition conditions. Nodular or dendritic structures appeared in these coatings with electrolysis prolongation. Obtained silicon purity degree was suitable for its use in solar cell production.

Anomalously Large Absorption of Electromagnetic Radiation by Nanometer Gold Film in the Band 26÷37.510?nm thickness at distance 1?mm from the shorting reflecting surface in a rectangular waveguide are presented. Comparison with theoretical calculations stresses high level of absorption and practical absence of frequency dependence of the reflection coefficient.

Heating and Coagulation of Nanoparticles in a Plasma Jet we use a hydrodynamic model for describing the dynamics of a plasma with a multidisperse phase, as well as a sectional method for describing the coagulation of nanoparticles. The equations take into account the heating of nanoparticles due to their collisions with electrons, ions, and neutral atoms
