Here, we describe methods to assess Ras/Rap activity biochemically using a pull-down assay and through live-cell imaging using fluorescent reporters.

Application validation was carried out by involving 20 respondents, of which 94.5% of respondents strongly agreed that the augmented reality application was made to help promote civil engineering laboratory equipment.
