Micromechanics Lifetime of Ceramic-Matrix Composites Under Cyclic Fatigue Loading at Elevated Tempeined considering the damage mechanisms of interface wear, interface oxidation, and fiber oxidation. The fatigue lifetime and fatigue limit stress of C/SiC and SiC/SiC composites at 1300?°C under different testing conditions were predicted.

Micromechanics Interface Damage of Ceramic-Matrix Composites Under Cyclic Fatigue at Elevated TempeD woven and 3D braided SiC/SiC composites at 600, 800, 1000, 1200, and 1300?°C in inert, air, and steam conditions were estimated. Effects of temperature, oxidation, and fiber preforms on the degradation rate of the interface shear stress versus the cycle number were analyzed.

Micromechanics Residual Strength of Ceramic-Matrix Composites Under Cyclic Fatigue Loading at Elevalution of residual strength versus cycle number curves of different CMCs under cyclic loading at elevated temperatures were predicted. Effects of peak stress level, interface shear stress, fiber Weibull modulus and fiber strength, and temperature on the degradation of composite strength and fibers failure were investigated.
