Isolation and Identification of Fish Gut Microbiomen, and possible applications for the use of microbial cultures or consortia of strains in aquaculture have been recorded and reported. In addition, the use of different methods of sample collection, phylogenetic profiling, and bioinformatic analysis which contribute to the better understanding of fish gut microbial diversity have been described.
