FeS Solid Lubrication Film Prepared by a Two-step Method,hods for preparing FeS film–two-step method, namely the precursor was firstly fabricated by sputtering, shot-peening, nitriding, carbonitriding, or spraying, and then was treated by ion sulfuration to form FeS film.
