Phase Modulation Rules of Metasurface Holograms,resonance and scattering properties of the individual meta-atoms. Typically, by varying the shape, orientation, size, and position of the meta-atoms, one can apply the resonant phase, geometric P-B phase, propagation phase, detour phase, and any combinations of those phase modulation rules to modulate the wavefront of light versatilely.
