Optical Frequency-RF Integrated Detection Architecture Based on Metamaterials,SiO. layer and metamaterial layer, ohmic electrode and Schottky electrode; the metamaterial layer is a metal split-ring resonance element array with a cyclical micro/nano structure. The metal split-ring resonance element array contains a variety of patterns and their characteristic dimension parameters.
