a High-Value Medicinal Plant, as a Source of Taxol,ovarian, lung and breast cancers and Kaposi’s sarcoma. In this chapter, we briefly describe the current possibilities to produce the taxol from natural sources, synthetic approaches for taxol and its analogues, anticancer activity of taxol and secondary metabolites of T. brevifolia.
