Optimal Control of Rigidity Parameter of Elastic Inclusions in Composite Plate with a Crack,he Signorini-type condition for nonpenetration of the opposite crack faces is fulfilled. It is shown that there exists a solution of the optimal control problem with the cost functional given with the help of an arbitrary continuous functional in the solution space.
