Decomposition and Clustering for the Visualization of Dynamical Systemstem. On the other hand, the latter algorithm, an application of the peer pressure clustering algorithm for directed graphs, decompose each recurrent components of the system into further smaller non-invariant subsets according to the similarity of the dynamical behavior.

Feature-Based Approach for the Interactive Editing of Environmental Lighting Effects. In this chapter, we propose an intuitive system that allows the user to produce the desired shading effects. Our system allows the user to specify desired-intensities at arbitrary positions on surfaces of objects, and design both local and global shading effects intuitively.

Generating Flow Fields Variations Using Laplacian Eigenfunctions both the frequency and spatial domains. Fluid velocity fields are represented using Laplacian eigenfunctions which ensure that the flow field is always incompressible. Using our method, the user can easily create various animations from a single dataset calculated by fluid simulation.
