Vilém Novák,Irina Perfilieva,Ji?í Mo?ko?ays published in 1989 under the title . is subtitled ‘Dialogues and opinions on the technological revolution and our reforms’. and is devoted mainly to Soviet domestic politics, even though Burlatsky has been a contributor to the new thinking on foreign policy as well.
