Transcription Dynamics: Cellular Automaton Model of Polymerase Dynamics for Eukaryotes,ciently complex phenomena even if they have simple evolution rules and fit computer simulation. We propose cellular automaton models imitating the RNAPII properties obtained by experiments and compare the simulation result with the experimental one.
