Traumatic Dislocation of the Lens,er intraocular tissue damage, to achieve a more ideal treatment effect which may require two or more operations. The symptoms and examination of lens dislocation, the choice of intraocular lens, various surgical methods and surgical strategies for different dislocations are discussed.

Giant Intraocular Foreign Body,mputed tomography. Three port pars plana vitrectomy (PPV) with removal of IOFB through limbal or scleral incision is the most common approach. Silicone oil tamponade is used in cases with retinal detachment, proliferative vitreoretinopathy, or endophthalmitis.

Traumatic Endophthalmitis,y the smear and culture of the vitreous and/or aqueous fluid. The threshold for vitrectomy in cases of posttraumatic endophthalmitis is low. Vitrectomy should be performed if there is no response to intravitreal antibiotics within 24?h or if associated with complications like retinal detachment or intraocular foreign body.
