Ribbon-Like Magnetic Colloid Microswarm,roswarm with controlled splitting and merging abilities. The ribbon-like microswarm has two different locomotion modes and high pattern stability. The microswarm navigating through complex microchannels to multiple target locations with high access rates and manipulating and separating microparticles in a non-contact manner are presented.
