Time-Domain Segmentation and Labelling of Speech with Fuzzy-Logic Post-Correction Rulesof fuzzy-rules that com-pared current time-marks with previously computed syllable-transition values. The system was tested using an Italian language digit database. The reported results show that the accuracy of the inter-syllabic boundary placements get improved when using the fuzzy-correction method.

An Exploration Approach for Indoor Mobile Robots Reducing Odometric Errorsthe distance traveled by the robot, to compute an optimal movement policy to reach the nearest unexplored region. The robot acquires a kind of . that decreases the number of movements that changes the orientation of the robot, and hence reduces odometric errors. This approach is tested using a mobile robot simulator with very good results.
