Bioluminescence and Chemiluminescence,Emission of energy in the form of visible light during chemical or biochemical processes, so-called chemiluminescence (CL) or bioluminescence (BL), is not a rare phenomenon in nature. There are numerous organisms, both terrestrial and aquatic (freshwater and marine forms), that emit light (Hastings, 1983).

Theory of Luminescence,ur centuries (Harvey, 1957). However, it was not subjected to systematic study until the middle of the 19th century. Stokes (1852) formulated the first law in the history of luminescence (Stokes’ rule), which states that the wavelength of the luminescence is greater than the wavelength of the exciting radiation.
