Partial Positive Feedback for Gain Enhancement of Low-Power CMOS OTAs,mparison of the primary characteristics of these circuits together with simulation results are presented. It is shown that partial positive feedback is a viable technique to increase the gain and the bandwidth of CMOS OTAs. Without any increase in power, a 20 dB increase in gain and a 5X improvement in bandwidth is feasible.

An Integratable Second-Order Compensated Bandgap Reference for 1V Supply,ut voltage is approximately 194 mV and has an average temperature dependency of 1.5ppm/.C in the range of 0.C to 100.C. The circuit has been realized in a bipolar process with ... 5 GHz. The total amount of capacitance is approximately 150 pF and the current consumption is about 100 μA.

Guest Editorial,becoming the limiting factor, it is not sufficient to reduce the size of the other bulky components by integrating them; the reduction of the power dissipation is also very important. Therefore, the key is to develop, simultaneously, both low-voltage and low-power operating integrated circuits in order to reduce the battery size.

Parallel Feedforward Class-AB Control Circuits for Low-Voltage Bipolar Rail-to-Rail Output Stages o and a maximum output current of 250 μA. Simulation results of three other simple operational amplifiers with the new class-AB control circuits are shown, which have a higher gain and maximum output current.
