Time Saving and Team Developmentiac surgery should not forget that as long as the surgery and anesthesia itself are invasive, not just the extracorporeal circulation, they should strive to reduce their duration. Problems with New Devicese time, some devices were discontinued. Along with this, the heart–lung machine and related devices, as well as the management method of extracorporeal circulation were changed. The main changes were; (1) venous reservoir, (2) venous drainage method, and (3) oxygenator.
