Characterization of Gangliosides from Mouse Optic Nerve Samples Using Mass Spectrometry,for extraction efficiency and quantification. Using reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled to a Q Exactive mass spectrometer, the samples will be analyzed.
