Lawyer Evaluation Under Contextual Constraints,Based on data from three civil cases and three criminal cases, this chapter investigates how contextual constraints of the courtroom are observed and reflected in lawyer evaluation in the text. ?The constraints of context in the two levels are to be functionally analyzed in ideational, interpersonal, and textual meanings.
