Relations to Other Analytical Methods,its and drawbacks. Additionally the combination of μ-XRF with other micro-analytical methods can be of interest. Known combinations are that with SEM-EDS and with Raman-spectroscopy. Both combinations give complementary analytical result in regards to elemental range or to inorganic and organic material composition, respectively.
