Ihr Handeln beruht auf rechtlicher Grundlegung und bedarf rechtlicher Einhegung. Dies gilt um so eher, je mehr dieses Handeln in die Rechtsph?re von anderen V?lkerrechtssubjekten und von Individuen einwirkt. Ausgehend von einer breit angelegten historischen Analyse entwickelt die Arbeit eine Kompetenzlehre internationaler Organisationen.
