Defining Knowledge Technology,management, which is an essential hypothesis of this book. This chapter defines the purpose of knowledge technology as managing knowledge-intensive activities and knowledge generated from them, emphasizing the importance of the cooperation of systems thinking and knowledge management to achieve this purpose.
