Structural Dynamics of Myosin 5a,This chapter provides the results obtained from single-molecule studies using iSCAT on a construct of myosin 5a with an N-terminal biotin ligand, which was conjugated with different sized gold nanoparticles, and a C-terminal GFP ligand.
