Basic Algorithms,scuss select, elementary algorithms that are basic building blocks commonly used in scientific computing. We briefly introduce each algorithm mainly for quick reference. Our goal is not computation in and of itself, although it is an important and necessary component. Rather, we aim to solve physical and engineering problems with computational methods.
