Pediatric Dural Arteriovenous Shunts,arteriovenous shunts. Therapeutic strategies and outcomes were variable depending on different subtypes. Proper diagnosis is mandatory for optimal therapeutic strategies within appropriate therapeutic windows. This chapter will discuss their clinical characteristics, classifications, angioarchitecture, and endovascular treatment.

Cavernous Dural Arteriovenous Fistulas: Transorbital Cavernous Sinus Direct Puncture,venous access through the inferior petrosal sinus is the approach of choice. However, this strategy is not always feasible, and alternative approaches can be used, such as direct transorbital puncture. This chapter aims to describe this technique in detail.

Embolization of Spinal Dural Arteriovenous Fistulae Using a Nonadhesive Liquid Embolic Agent Delive segmental feeding artery; careful angiographic examination is mandatory. Use of the dual-lumen balloon catheter technique when long tortuous feeding arteries supply the spinal dural arteriovenous fistula ensures safe and successful embolization with a low risk for complications.
