A Switching Approach that Improves Prediction Accuracy for Long Tail Recommendations,tive filtering fails to find the target case using a multi-level method. We evaluate the results using the public dataset 100K Movielens. Our result outperforms all the existing methods through reducing the recommendation error rates for the items in the long tail.

Frustrated Equilibrium of Asymmetric Coordinating Dynamics in a Marketing Game,r, we analytically show, on a few simple examples, the correspondence between . influences and . models which in turn correspond to models with entropy that decreases monotonically in the strength of the influences. Moreover, we discuss numerical results that suggest asymmetric yet coordinating influences may converge to a frustrated equilibrium.

Emotional Speech Recognition Using SMILE Features and Random Forest Tree,vel descriptors and their statistical functionals provide discriminating features for each emotion which provides state-of-the-art results for the given dataset. A random forest tree classifier model is trained in WEKA for classification. The accuracy obtained for SAVEE emotional database is 76.1%.

Exploring Transfer Learning for Low Resource Emotional TTS,ning-based TTS model to synthesize speech with a small dataset of another speaker. Then we investigate the possibility to adapt this model to have emotional TTS by fine-tuning the neutral TTS model with a small emotional dataset.

Emotional Speech Datasets for English Speech Synthesis Purpose: A Review,ctors in English and a male actor in French. The database covers five emotion classes so it could be suitable to build synthesis and voice transformation systems with the potential to control the emotional dimension.

Genetic Algorithm Modeling for Photocatalytic Elimination of Impurity in Wastewater,hich are arbitrarily divided into two: 80 samples in order to train the model as well as 20 samples in order to test the model. Experimental outcomes reveals that the suggested technique is efficient for photocatalytic elimination of impurity in wastewater.
