1. Introduction, cases, the very maneuverable, usually small, mobile robots make it possible to apply reactive control strategies which are not suitable with autonomous vehicles required to perform many productive tasks. Thus, the nonholonomic and dynamic constraints on these vehicles cannot be neglected.
