Technical Specifications of the?Bag-in-the-Lens Implantarities and advantages of the BIL include surgeon-controlled lens centration, lens tilt following the natural crystalline lens tilt, and rotation stability. These parameters were prerequisites prior to thinking about conceiving a toric BIL or even a complex optic IOL like a diffractive BIL.
