Arthroscopic Meniscus Root Repair with Centralisationchnique. A single or multiple sutures or suture tapes may be used for the repair with multiple being preferred to improve the security of the repair..We describe one such technique of using two suture tapes, a single tibial tunnel and suture disc to do the root repair as well as a technique to do the centralisation using an all suture anchor.

Arthroscopic Primary ACL Repairhniques currently using more specialised arthroscopic equipment and fixation techniques could have contributed to better results. We describe a technique where the ACL stump was repaired back to its femoral footprint and supported with an internal brace.

Arthroscopic ACL Stump Repair with Reconstructionhe new ligament and provide better proprioception. Re-tensioning the remnant and reconstructing the ACL can potentially give better stability and help in preserving biology. We present our technique of repairing the native stump and reconstructing the ACL along with it.

Arthroscopic Single Portal RAMP Repair TechniqueRAMP lesions are hidden lesions that need to be identified and repaired as they can contribute to rotational instability of the knee. Repairing them usually requires two posteromedial portals or using the transportal technique. We describe one such technique using standard suture passers and a PDS suture.
