The main inspiring idea of the book is an informational perspective to Genomics. Information is the most recent, among the fundamental mathematical and physical concepts developed in the last two centuries. It has revolutionized the whole science and continues, in this direction, to dominate the trends of the contemporary science. Information and Randomness,rgued by showing three fundamental results of physics: Boltzmann’s derivation of the H function, Planck’s quantum discovery, and Schr?dinger wave equation of quantum mechanics. Quantum Mechanics principles are outlined, according to an informational perspective aimed at overcoming some conceptual limitations and inadequacies.

The Infogenomics Perspective,, but also the life from which they derive, and the possible genealogies following them are written. As meaningful texts, they postulate corresponding languages. The nature of such genome languages is discussed, by putting in evidence the peculiarity of an underlying general syntax within which biological and evolutionary meaning can emerge.
