Analysis of EDM Drilling of Small Diameter Holes,he eroding time decreases. For higher current values ??in the adopted range, tool wear indicated higher intensity. A significant influence of feed and current on shape accuracy has been demonstrated. The lowest roughness parameters for the highest feed rate were obtained.

Energy and Economic Indicators of the Machining Process in Accordance with the Requirements of ISO s to increase the energy efficiency of production processes by optimizing machining processes. The authors have prepared a set of energy and economic indicators dedicated in particular to companies dealing with mechanical processing. Sample calculations were made for the turning process.

Technological Aspects of Regeneration of Carbide End Mills,ere no significant differences in geometry changes and wear of commercial and regenerated cutters after machining. An increase in the radius . and a decrease in the angle . was observed after cutting. The cost of regeneration including grinding and re-coating of cutters was 17% of the price of a new tool with a diameter of 10?mm.

Analysis of Optimization Effects of Deflection Angle of a Disc-Type Grinding Wheel on Accuracy of Plections characterizing grinded gears, and in graphical form with diagrams. The most accurate results of the measurements were obtained on the gear wheels marked as 1 and 4; 74% of the accuracy classes of these gears have obtained classes 1–3, and other 27% obtained classes between 4–5.
