The Complex Hues of Entrepreneurial Identity Amongst Women Owning Accounting Firmsdia reveal that women as entrepreneurs need to grapple with multiple identities in order to manage their business performance and family responsibilities. There seems to be a complex interplay of multiple identities including gender, caste, entrepreneurship orientation etc., with a new social identity emerging alongside the more traditional one.

Prognosis

Do Women Turn to Entrepreneurship to Maintain a Better Work–Life Balance? so, whether they are able to make a better contribution to their dual role. Surprisingly, this study reveals that rather than work–life balance, it appears that entrepreneurial women are more motivated by achievement, freedom and status. The findings of this empirical study vary between lower and upper class women in India.
