MSC-Fuse: An Unsupervised Multi-scale Convolutional Fusion Framework for Infrared and Visible Image to generate the fused image. To achieve the unsupervised training of the network, a no-reference quality metric and a pixel-level function are utilized to calculate the loss function. Experimental results show that compared with other fusion methods, our proposed method can achieve better performance in both objective and subjective assessments.
