Familial Hypocalciuric Hypercalcemia and Disorders of the Calcium-Sensing Receptor,voided in the former. The majority of patients with FHH remainasymptomatic throughout their lifetime without the need for treatment, though there are exceptions to this where calcimimetics have been used for symptomatic relief.
