Inhomogeneous Ionosphere,dency of transmission on ionospheric conductivity becomes an important factor for Alfvén waves. The behavior of the ground magnetic field at sunrise and sunset is then discussed and its dependence on the initial MHD-mode is examined.

Partially Ionized Plasma,s in this branch of physics. Detailed considerations can be found in numerous books on plasma physics (e.g. [4], [7], [8]) and on the electromagnetic waves in plasmas (e.g. [5], [10]). More detailed consideration will be given for the tensors of conductivity and dielectric permeability in the multi-fluid hydromagnetic approximation.

Hydromagnetic Resonators, shall consider the waves within the MHD-box in Cartesian coordinates, with significant reduction in algebraic complexity. The model enables us to reveal new important peculiarities of hydrodynamic perturbations in magnetospheric plasma. Particularly, it gives the simplest way to understand the principal features of field-line resonance (FLR).
