The Effect of Drainage Works within the Turu-Lung Somes-Barcau Zone,egrees of glaciation, are prevailing..These works allowed for taking back into culture of a surface of 200,000 ha..The paper proposes to present both the effect of these works on the environment, as well as the different ways of increasing the productivity of clayey soils.

Tubewell-Spacing Formulas for Subsurface Drainage,Well-spacing formulas are not commonly used in practice. For example McCready (1978), reviewing various drainage techniques by wells, does not mention well-spacing formulas.
