Compensation and Benefit Systemst, or performance is the Nirvana that many managers have searched for. Managers are required to distinguish the exceptional contributors from the ordinary and find out what it is that motivates them to produce exceptional effort or performance, and then to reproduce it.

Human Resource Management Strategiesication. The approach the organisation takes to these two practices will, I think show the distinction between personnel and human resource management. That is, the latter approach is a proactive way to assist the organisation to meet its objectives.
