Chromatin Immunoprecipitation and Chromatin Immunoprecipitation with Massively Parallel Sequencing oh massively parallel sequencing (ChIP-seq) is a recently developed powerful tool to analyze genome-wide binding of transcription factors and histone modifications and provides a vast amount of information into the regulation of gene expression. This chapter describes how ChIP and ChIP-seq are performed on mouse embryonic tissue.

The Genetics of Murine , Loci: TAMERE, STRING, and PANTHERE to Engineer Chromosome Variantsn the structure of the gene cluster and the architecture of the surrounding genomic landscape is at play. Here, we report on a portfolio of in vivo genome engineering strategies in mice, which have been used to probe and decipher the genetic and molecular underpinnings of the complex regulatory mechanisms implemented at these loci.
