Advanced Feedback Techniques, as stability against self oscillation and phase-compensation are therefore dealt with. In the last section of the chapter a novel feedback scheme called feedback boosting is presented. By using this scheme the amount of feedback can become theoretically infinite; that is, the distortion can be completely cancelled.

Wideband IF Amplifiers,Wideband IF amplifiers can be used in communication systems featuring high data rates and thereby wide channel-bandwidths. They can also be used to amplify a radio band consisting of several narrow-band channels. This was discussed in section 1.1, where it was also explained why the linearity is critical for a wideband IF amplifier.

Inductorless RF CMOS Power Amplifiers,The purpose of an RF power amplifier is to provide gain and capability of driving an antenna at the RF frequencies of interest in the application. This chapter deals with RF power amplifiers in general, and fully integrated inductorless CMOS ones in particular.
