Tuberculosis Multidrug Resistance (MDR-TB),s treatment, the challenges of being a difficult and slow diagnosis, and its association with HIV infection make it a high mortality entity, especially in countries with limited resources. This has conditioned that although being a treatable disease, it may require second-line antituberculous treatment, surgery, or critical care.

Influenza, Measles, SARS, MERS, and Smallpox,ts global measles and seasonal influenza mortality. While SARS-coronavirus (CoV) is no longer circulating, MERS-CoV and zoonotic influenza viruses, with pandemic potential, remain persistent threats.
