描述.This volume discusses detailed protocols for the analysis of glycosylation at the level of free glycans and glycopeptides. High-Throughput Analysis of the Plasma ,-Glycome by UHPLC, platform significantly reduces the time required for sample preparation and minimizes technical variation. It is anticipated that the developed method will contribute to expanding high-throughput capabilities to analyze protein glycosylation.

Carbohydrate Microarray Technology Applied to High-Throughput Mapping of Plant Cell Wall Glycans Uslymer profiling (CoMPP) technique is included in the chapter and provides a good example of both the robust and high-throughput nature of microarrays as well as their applicability to plant glycomics.
