The HUP and the ES in Quantum Wells (QWs) of HD Non-parabolic Materials,ve uses in various device applications. It appears that normalized Fermi energy changes in a stepwise manner with the film thickness. The 2D electron concentration per unit area and the alloy composition affect the Fermi energy in the whole range of variable considered here.

The HUP and the ES in Accumulation of Non-parabolic Semiconductors,vely. In this chapter we study the ES and a single ES dependent electronic property namely the diffusivity to mobility ratio (DMR) in this context. It appears that the DMR increases with increasing surface electric field for all the materials as considered here.
