Teaching Practices and Mathematics Teacher Education in Lebanont according to professional development. The chapter investigates some reports describing teachers’ qualifications and their confidence in teaching mathematics. The final part attempts to provide some conclusions about the effectiveness of such programs in developing mathematics teachers and induce them into classrooms.
